Francon offers free standard shipping to addresses within Europe. For pre-order items the estimated delivery window is located on the collection and product pages. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
We hope you will enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and unused with tags, and in their original packaging.
If you decide to return an item, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. The return costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that potential import duties and taxes are at your expense.
If you prefer a different size or style you can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
