SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
It is essential, to verify the accuracy of the billing and shipping address details while placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the order is processed. Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from the day you receive the order confirmation. Please be aware that any applicable import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Delivery times are approximate and intended for guidance proposes. Please note that certain regions may have restricted access to delivery services.
Netherlands: free standard shipping, 1-3 business days.
Europe: €10 - standard shipping, 2-5 business days.
Worldwide: €25 - standard shipping, 3-10 business days.
We hope you will enjoy your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and unused with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their cost. If you decide to return an item, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return of exchange your purchase. We will provide you with further instructions as soon as possible. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are outside of the EU we kindly ask that you do not declare the purchase value but label it as a return with no commercial value. We do not accept import duties and taxes on your return, which will cause a re-direction for the return to sender. The expenses related to returning the item rest with the sender.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt, and if you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), kindly reach out to us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com. Upon agreement of the defective or faulty item(s), we will provide a replacement with the same type of product, subject to availability. Please note that Francon cannot be held responsible for any loss, damages, or delays that occur after your order has been shipped.
Once we have received and inspected your order, we will send you a notification of approval or rejection by email. Refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your payment method. Any return delivery costs and clearance incurred by you in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.
